  • One should develop the skills of time management to make themselves prepare for solving questions in a speedy manner. • For enhancing speed, the candidates should do more and more practice of previous year and model question papers, which will be helpful for them in scoring well in PO exam. Also, online test would be a better option to judge your speed in solving reasoning section.
  • Try and build your Reason capability: By practicing regularly the candidates can sharpen the edges of their thinking and mind behavioral pattern. They could be able to judge the problems accordingly and answer quite quick if the practice remains constant before the examinations. Certain questions related to syllogism of two or three sentences or problem solving questions pertaining to coded and mathematical inequalities are tricky questions with traps in them. The candidates should try and figure out ways for solving these questions through applying newer tricks and methods. This could only be possible if you treat your brain with mind games and make it even sharper over the time.
  • Keep your eyes on the watch: Reasoning takes a lot of time of the candidates and thus should be practiced over and over again before the examination with a watch behind the candidates. This would give them the idea of their clock time and the probable time that they are taking to solve the questions. It is not important to answer all the questions in this paper but decide which to opt for, as they don’t hamper the overall time in the examination. Questions related to data sufficiency, input and output methods, figural and non-figural alignments and such others are tricky ones with time taking traits. Hence, it is advisable for the candidates to keep the practice going but with adequate importance given to the time. Candidates can save time immensely if they can understand the particular pattern of questions that appear and re-appear in question papers over time.
